(Graettinger)– Drug charges have been filed against a Graettinger man as the result of a tip the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office received from the Department of Human Services.
Sheriff Dennis Goeders says deputies followed up on the tip by executing a search on a residence at 319 North Cedar in Graettinger that turned up what’s alleged to be controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
34-year-old Jason Summers of Graettinger was arrested and charged with third offense possession of marijuana…an aggravated misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Summers was released pending a future court appearance.
