Due to the forecasted cold temps and snow, the ELC Key Club’s Breakfast with Santa scheduled for Saturday December 13th from 8:15 to 10:30 am has been cancelled.
City of Spencer will be picking up snow in the Downtown Commercial District tonight. All cars are to be out of Downtown Area in Spencer by midnight tonight.
