(Spirit Lake)– Three people have been charged in connection with a burglary Tuesday night at a construction trailer in Spirit Lake. More than four thousand dollars in construction tools was taken.
Arnolds Park police later stopped a vehicle wanted in connection with the burglary.
Through a joint investigation involving the Spirit Lake, Arnolds Park and Milford Police Departments, authorities arrested 19-year-old Gabriel Myers of Arnolds Park and Alexander Kram of Leaonardtown, Maryland. They were charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree…both class “D” felonies; and one count of theft in the second degree…also a class “D” felony.
21-year-old Brittany Myers of Arnolds Park was also arrested and charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree…both class “D” felonies; and one count of criminal trespass…a simple misdemeanor.
All three were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
