(Spencer)– The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has filed drug charges against a Texas man.
Authorities say 27-year-old Jeremiah Stokes of South Houston, Texas has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Stokes was booked into the Clay county jail.
Authorities say it stems from a search of a residence at 1821 350th Street in rural Spencer that turned up a baggie containing a substance alleged to be marijuana and a wooden pipe.
The arrest was made on Tuesday.
