The Iowa State Patrol says 38-year-old David Driesen has been transferred from a Sioux Falls hospital to one in Orange City.
Driesen suffered multiple broken bones and internal injuries.
The collision took place December 18th at a rural crossing near Spencer that had no lights or mechanical signals. Driesen wasn’t ticketed.
