(Emmetsburg)– A Spencer man has been sentenced in Palo Alto County District Court after pleading guilty two charges related to a burglary last year at a Ruthven convenience store.
28-year-old Terry Wayne Brown, Junior of Spencer was sentenced to five years in prison last Thursday after pleading guilty to charges of burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony; and probation revocation on two prior charges of theft in the second and third degrees.
Brown was arrested in connection with a burglary that took place in May of 2005 at the Lakeland EZ Stoppe in Ruthven.
