(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been charged with child endangerment for allegedly striking his three-year-old stepson.
38-year-old Peter Zmudka was charged as the result of an investigation by the Department of Human Services and Spencer police.
Zmudka was booked into the Clay county jail.
