November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– Charges have been filed against a Spencer man for allegedly violating a court order.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy responded to a residence in Fostoria Monday evening after authorities received a phone call of a person who was at that location in violation of a court order.

Upon arriving a deputy located 38-year-old Gilbert Martenez Vargas of Spencer who was charged with violation of a no contact order.
