A Spencer business is under new ownership.
Dennis Harman, Greg Lear and Tim Christensen are the new owners of Sioux Nation Ag Center in Spencer. The change was effective this past Wednesday, November 1st. The business has been re-named Spencer Ag Center.
Harman, Lear and Christensen worked for the business prior to going into ownership.
The business employs 17 people full-time and one part-time.
No changes in personnel or operations are planned, other than local billing.
Sioux Nation Ag Center had been in operation for 18 years in Spencer and was formerly owned by Scott Swenson of Sioux Falls, who still owns five Sioux Nation locations in South Dakota and two in Iowa.
