(Spencer)– Clay county authorities are looking for a red semi tractor and white box trailer that collided with a pickup Monday in north Spencer and took off.
The Sheriff’s Office says the driver of the pickup, 47-year-old Charles Stewart of Spencer, wasn’t injured, but a 1996 Dodge Ram he was driving sustained about two thousand dollars in damage.
Authorities say charges are pending against the driver of the semi, who ran a stop sign at the intersection of Highways 71 and 18 at the north “Y”.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident should contact the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
