(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against an Everly man after a search turned up drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Toby Reandeau was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.
Reandeau was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of 2,275-dollars.
The search warrant was executed Tuesday evening at 308 East Third Street in Everly.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force and the Iowa State Patrol.
