(Ruthven)– A Ruthven woman has been arrested for credit card fraud.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Tiffany Morton is accused of charging about four thousand dollar to an account that didn’t belong to her. The alleged activity took place between February and June of this year.
Morton was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with credit card fraud. She was booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
Credit card fraud is a class “D” felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
