(George)– A George teen is accused of kidnapping and rape in Lyon county.
17-year-old Todd Allen Meyeraan the second of George has been charged with four counts of third degree sex abuse and three counts of kidnapping. He’s being held in the Lyon county jail on 352-thousand dollars cash bond.
In one case, Meyeraan is accused of kidnapping a female from the school parking lot in George in November of last year. Meyeraan allegedly took the victim to a basement bedroom in his residence where she was confined and raped.
Meyeraan is accused in another sexual assault that allegedly took place after Thanksgiving of last year. A criminal complaint says the victim was allegedly handcuffed to the back seat of a vehicle and was taken to a location near George where she was raped.
Another incident allegedly took place in July of this year. A complaint states a female was getting into her car at a convenience store in George and found Meyeraan waiting for her. He allegedly forced the victim to drive to an area known as “frog pond” where Meyeraan is accused of raping the victim.
Lyon County Sheriff Blythe Bloemendaal says additional charges may be filed against Meyeraan. He says they’re talking with another possible victim.
