(Spirit Lake)– There was some excitement at the Dickinson county courthouse Monday when a fire alarm started going off around Noon.
Spirit Lake Fire Chief David Kollasch tells KUOO news firefighters were paged to the courthouse but were cancelled moments later.
Kollasch says county officials quickly determined which alarm had been pulled, apparently by a visitor, and that there was no fire or emergency. As a result he says the building was not evacuated.
