(Sibley)– A search warrant executed back in September of this year has resulted in drug charges against a Sibley man.
Osceola County Sheriff Doug Weber says two counts of possession of a controlled substance were filed today (Monday) against Lucas Todd of Sibley.
Weber says the search of Todd’s residence in Sibley turned up cocaine and marijuana.
Weber says the charged are based on findings of a lab report from the Division of Criminal Investigation.
Each count is a serious misdemeanor.
