(Spencer)– A Dickens man is in the Clay county jail after being arrested earlier today (Thursday) on drug warrants.
51-year-old Michael Mozena was taken into custody shortly after 10:30 a.m. at his residence. He was booked into the Clay county jail on 2,275-dollars bond.
Mozena was charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Authorities say the charges are the result of a search of Mozena’s residence back on September 5th, 2006 that turned up quantities of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
