(Sioux City)– An Algona man has been sentenced in U-S District Court to more than six years in prison for manufacturing methamphetamine.
21-year-old Nate Thompson pleaded guilty in June to one count of conspiracy to manufacture 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
In addition to the prison time, Thompson must also serve a four-year term of supervised release.
Thompson is being held in the custody of a U-S Marshal until he can be transported to a federal prison.
