The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Walker Nelson was driving a 2011 Dodge Ram northbound in the 3700 mile of 280th Avenue, or County Road M54. Authorities say the vehicle crossed the center line and went into the west ditch, colliding with a fence and a utility pole before coming to rest on top of an electrical box.
