Assault Investigation In Graettinger Results In Arrest Of Hartley Man

(Graettinger)– An investigation Saturday night into a report of a physical altercation in Graettinger resulted in the arrest of a Hartley man.

The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called shortly after 11:00 pm to the 300 block of South Jackson Street and located a female victim. An investigation into the incident resulted in 39-year-old Jason Johnson of Hartley being arrested and charged with domestic abuse assault causing bodily injury. He was transported and was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.

The Hartley Police Department and O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office assisted in locating and apprehending Johnson.
