(Emmetsburg)– A traffic stop earlier this week in Palo Alto county resulted in the arrest of a Spencer man on multiple charges.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle Tuesday in the 4100 block of 360th Street. Authorities say the driver, 19-year-old Devin Larue of Spencer, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana…1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated…1st offense, and speeding.
The Emmetsburg Police Department assisted on the scene.
