(Des Moines)– The Healthiest State Annual Awards will be presented this (Thurs.) evening at an event in Des Moines.
As we reported previously, Dickinson county is a finalist in the Healthiest Hometown program and Northwest Financial Corporation in Arnolds Park is a finalist in the medium workplace category.
The winner in each category will be awarded funding to continue their work focused on improving the health and well-being of their employees, students or citizens.
The Healthiest State Awards Program recognizes individuals, communities, K-12 schools, early care providers, out-of-school programs and workplaces for their efforts to improve the physical, social and emotional well-being of Iowans.
