(Spirit Lake)– The Spirit Lake Fire Department responded Saturday to a report of a leaking propane tank.
Firefighters were called around 3:30 pm to Fick’s Ace Hardware in Spirit Lake where a large propane tank was reportedly hissing. Firefighters stood by and traffic was being routed around the scene as a precaution. Crews were able to remedy the situation without incident and no injuries were reported.
Spirit Lake firefighters were on the scene about 45 minutes.
