(Everly)– Minor injuries were reported Thursday in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 18 and Clay County Road M-27, or Barb’s Corner.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says Glen Hammerstrom of Hartley was driving a 2017 Jeep and was attempting to turn north onto County Road M-27 when he slid on the slick road and collided with a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Holly Johnson of Hartley.
Johnson sustained minor injuries and was taken by private vehicle to Spencer Hospital.
Minor damage was reported to the vehicles.
The collision took place around 8:30 am.
