(Undated)– It was just a couple of days ago that Dan Huseman of Alta announced he would not be seeking re-election this fall to the Iowa House District 3 seat he currently holds. And already the field of candidates for the seat has grown to atleast three.
Lynn Evans, of Aurelia, a former Superintendent, along with Mark McHugh of Sheldon and Dennis Bush, a Cherokee County Supervisor, have all announced their candidacy. All three are Republicans.
House District three is comprised of Cherokee and O’Brien counties along with portions of Plymouth and Sioux counties.
