(Undated)– Road conditions gradually improved across the region over the second half of the weekend, however it doesn’t go without saying there are still a few slick spots out there, especially on secondary roads and city streets.
Meanwhile as the clean up continues from Friday and Saturday’s storm, more wintry weather appears headed our way. The National Weather Service says snow and wind will return to the forecast beginning Tuesday night continuing all the way into Friday. And with warmer temperatures expected, forecasters say some of the snow will likely turn to rain and freezing rain Wednesday, before turning back to snow Wednesday night.
Amounts remain uncertain at this time, so those with travel plans late Tuesday night through Friday will need to keep up to date with the later forecasts.
