Southern Minnesota Crashes Result In Minor Injuries (1)

(Butterfield, Mn.)– One person was injured Saturday in a single vehicle crash on Highway 60 near Butterfield, Minnesota.

The State Patrol says 38-Samya Rangou of Windom lost control of a westbound 2005 Ford Focus which left the road and rolled into the median.

A passenger, 24-year-old Aasfiam Moussa of Windom, was taken to the Windom hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash took place shortly before 4:30 pm.

(Fairmont, Mn.)– A single vehicle crash Sunday on Interstate 90 at Fairmont sent one person to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 21-year-old Guillermo Diaz-Lopez of Sherburn was driving a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer that collided with a guardrail at the eastbound entrance to the interstate.

A passenger, 23-year-old Samantha McCarthy of Hibbing, Minnesota was taken to the Fairmont hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash took place shortly after 2:30 pm.
