(Emmetsburg)– A Graettinger man wanted on multiple charges in Palo Alto county was taken into custody Wednesday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Troy Dean Petersen was wanted for ongoing criminal activity, forgery, identity theft (under $1,500), and theft in the 3rd degree.
Authorities say Petersen was transferred from the custody of the Milford Police Department to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office where he was booked into jail on the charges pending an initial court appearance.
