(Spencer)– No injuries were reported Tuesday when a semi jackknifed in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 41-year-old Joel Ehlers of Albert City was driving a 1999 Peterbilt northbound in the 4100 mile of County Road N-14 when he lost control of the rig on the ice-covered road. The rig jackknifed and came to rest in the west ditch. It resulted in the road being closed in that area for some time while crews worked to remove it.
The incident took place shortly before 6:00 am.
