(Spencer)– A man accused of sexual abuse in the 2nd degree was taken into custody over the weekend by authorities in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Cody Lee John Taylor was arrested a little after 4:00 pm Saturday at the Clay county jail. He was being held without bond.
