Multiple People Arrested In Separate Drug-Related Cases In Osceola County

(Sibley)– Multiple people have been arrested on drug charges over the past couple of days in Osceola county.

The Sheriff’s Office says a traffic stop Tuesday resulted in the arrests of 26-year-old Virgil Martin, 31-year-old Ashley Kizzire, 36-year-old Amanda Anderson and 23-year-old Jackson Eickholt, all of Estherville. Martin, Kizzire, Anderson and Eickholt were charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine. Martin and Eickholt were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Martin was released on a $1,000 bond and was transferred to Emmet county where he was wanted on a warrant. Anderson was released after posting a $1,000 bond. Kizzire and Eickholt were still being held in the Osceola county jail as of Wednesday on bonds of $1,000 each.

Two people were arrested Tuesday on drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant on a residence in Ashton.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Tiffany McKee was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st offense…methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

37-year-old Amanda Fairbanks was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both were booked into jail and later released after posting bonds.

In another case, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Shaun Arispe of Ashton was arrested Tuesday on charges of possession of a controlled substance…3rd or subsequent offense…methamphetamine; and driving with a suspended license. Heather Kruger of George was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…3rd or subsequent offense…methamphetamine; and was also being held on a Clay county warrant for violation of probation. Arispe and Kruger were being held on bonds of $5,000 each.
