Search Warrant Executed On Sibley Residence Results In Arrest Of Man On Drug And Theft Charges

(Sibley)– A search warrant executed this past Saturday on a residence in Sibley resulted in the arrest of a man on drug and theft charges.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted at 520 10^th Street in Sibley. Authorities say an Ipad that had been stolen in Minnesota was recovered at the residence.

20-year-old Jacob Harms of Sibley was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and theft in the 4^th degree.
