Linn Grove Man Arrested On Multiple Charges Following Incident In Clay County New Year’s Eve

(Spencer)– A Linn Grove man faces multiple charges following an alleged domestic incident New Year’s Eve near Webb.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to 4755 225th Avenue after getting a report of a domestic assault. Authorities say the suspect, 46-year-old Marcial Salmeron-Martinez of Linn Grove, was located on 480th Street just east of Highway 71. Deputies say Salmeron-Martinez resisted arrest but was eventually taken into custody.

Salmeron-Martinez was booked into the Clay county jail on charges of domestic abuse assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, child endangerment, interference with official acts and public intoxication.
