(Emmetsburg)– An incident December 22nd at a residence in Graettinger resulted in the arrest of Graettinger man.
Palo Alto county authorities say they were called a little after 10:00 pm that evening to 306 North Van Gordon Avenue apartment 8 after getting a report of a disturbance.
A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 35-year-old Oscar Alejandro Bernal. He was charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. He was taken to the Palo Alto county jail where he allegedly damaged property in a jail cell. Bernal was additionally charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office and Emmetsburg Police Department assisted in making the arrest.
