(Spencer)-A Northwest Iowa attorney is facing public intoxication charges after her arrest in magistrate court.
Police responded to the Clay County Courthouse on December 11 following a report of an intoxicated woman. Officers say 49-year-old Dianne Wallwey of Spencer was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest. Wallwey was booked in jail without incident.
