(Spencer)– A Spencer man has been found guilty of sexually abusing a child.
Fabian Garcia was convicted Tuesday in Clay County District Court on charges of second degree sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child.
Court documents say the charges stem from an incident that happened at a residence in Spencer back on December 31st of 2017.
Garcia is scheduled to be sentenced January 21st, 2020.
