(Estherville)– The city of Estherville has elected a new Mayor.
Unofficial results from Tuesday’s run-off election show Joseph May the winner, with 371 votes. The other candidate, Ann Goebel, received 194.
569 ballots were cast in the election, out of a total of 3,983 registered voters for a turnout of a little more than 14 percent.
