(Des Moines)– It was announced Wednesday Emmetsburg and Sheldon will be overnight stops on the inaugural “Iowa’s Ride”.
Riders will be spending the night of Thursday, July 16th in Emmetsburg and the next night, Friday, July 17th, in Sheldon.
The route for Iowa’s Ride will be 416 miles long, beginning Sunday, December 12th in Dubuque and concluding Saturday, July 18th in Rock Rapids.
Here’s a rundown on the itinerary:
Sunday, July 12th: Dubuque to Monticello (48 miles)
Monday, July 13th: Monticello to Vinton (50 miles)
Tuesday, July 14th: Vinton to Eldora (68 miles)
Wednesday, July 15th: Eldora to Clarion (64 miles)
Thursday, July 16th: Clarion to Emmetsburg (75 miles)
Friday, July 17th: Emmetsburg to Sheldon (78 miles)
Saturday, July 18th: Sheldon to Rock Rapids (33 miles)
