(Spencer)– Drug charges have been filed against a suspect following the execution of a search warrant Sunday evening on a residence near Spencer.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted shortly before 10:00 pm on a shed outside a residence at 3655 240th Avenue apartment 6. It resulted in authorities finding cocaine, prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia.
A deputy then met with the suspect, 22-year-old Andrew Adams, who was already in the Clay county jail on another matter. Adams was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance…cocaine and possession of a prescription drug.
