(Spencer)– A traffic stop last week in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a Linn Grove man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it happened shortly before 5:00 pm Tuesday when a deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 3700 mile of Highway 71.
Upon investigating a deputy determined 24-year-old Eisenhower Rochell III of Linn Grove had allegedly been driving the vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. A search of Rochell resulted in authorities finding a bag of marijuana in his pocket.
Rochelle was charged with driving while suspended and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
