(Rock Rapids)– A Remsen man was arrested on multiple charges following an alleged incident back on October 17th.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says it happened when a deputy pulled over a vehicle in Rock Rapids. The driver, 48-year-old Michael Winter of Remsen, got out of the vehicle and fled. He was apprehended a short time later.
Winter was arrested and charged with interference with official acts causing bodily injury, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance…3rd offense. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license, defective muffler and violation of financial liability coverage.
