Crash On Hwy 60 Near Brewster Sends Two People To The Hospital

(Brewster, Mn.)– A two-vehicle collision Tuesday evening on Highway 60 just east of Brewster sent two people to the hospital.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 47-year-old Christine Thompson of North Mankato was driving a 2018 Hyundai westbound and 38-year-old Matthew Ulbrich of Reading was driving a 2019 Genie Telehandler and was crossing the highway when the two collided in the intersection.

Both drivers were taken to the Worthington hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Worthington and Heron Lake ambulances and Brewster Fire Department assisted on the scene.

The collision took place shortly before 7:30 pm.
