Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Arrest (1)

(Spencer)– A traffic stop this past Saturday night in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a Storm Lake man.

Authorities say upon making the stop a deputy discovered what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver, 19-year-old Antonio Tapia, Jr. was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…1^st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
