(Larchwood)– A Fairmont, Minnesota woman was arrested on drug charges Sunday in the parking lot of the Grand Falls Casino near Larchwood.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says upon investigating a K-9 that was deployed detected the presence of narcotics. A search warrant was then obtained and executed on a vehicle.
38-year-old Rachel Spencer of Fairmont was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, providing false information; fraudulent practices 5th degree; forgery; and failure to provide financial security.
Spencer was booked into the Lyon county jail.
