(Sibley)– Drug charges have been filed against a Lake Park man in connection with a weekend traffic stop in Osceola county.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 21-year-old Juan Carlos Blanco of Lake Park was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Authorities say the charges stem from a search during the stop that turned up a substance alleged to be marijuana and some paraphernalia.
Blanco was booked into the Osceola county jail on nearly two-thousand dollars bond.
