(Undated)– Special elections will be held tomorrow (Tues. Jan. 25th) in two area towns.
In Estherville, voters will decide who will become that city’s next Mayor. City council member Ann Goebel and a former Mayor, Ken Billings, are running for the position left vacant last year by the resignation of Joseph May.
In Milford, voters will decide who will fill a seat on the city council that was left vacant last year with the resignation of Aaron Gebhart. Shane Hoffman and Stacy Hoss are running for the seat. A vacancy on the city of Milford’s Parks Board will also be filled in the special election. Logan Davids was the only person to file papers for the position.
Voting in Milford will take place in the east half of the Community Center from 7:00 am until 8:00 pm.
