(Spencer)– Three people escaped injury early this (Wed.) morning in a single-vehicle rollover at the intersection of East 18th Street and Grand Avenue in Spencer.
Police say 20-year-old Bradly Lanus of Rembrandt was northbound on Grand Avenue and was turning east onto East 18th Street when he lost control. The vehicle crossed the center of the roadway into the westbound lane of traffic on East 18th Street, where it turned clockwise and struck a curb, causing it to roll. The vehicle came to rest on its roof in a yard at 1725 First Avenue East.
No injuries were reported to Lanus or two passengers.
Lanus was cited for failure to maintain control.
A 1987 Chrysler he was driving was totaled.
Sod in a yard owned by Mary Lux sustained an estimated 200-dollars in damage.
The crash took place around 1:30 a.m.
