(Estherville)– Criminal charges have been filed against two people from southern Minnesota in connection with an underage party last month in Estherville.
31-year-old Heather Goodman of Dunnell was charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of lascivious acts with a child and six counts of supplying alcohol to minors. She’s accused of having sexual contact with a 16-year-old boy while two other children were present. Goodman allegedly solicited those kids to take part in the contact.
In addition, police say 40-year-old Jeffrey Cable, also of Dunnell, was charged with six counts of supplying alcohol to minors.
Estherville Police Chief Eric Milburn says the charges stem from a party held in December at a residence in Estherville. He says all of the minors were under 16.
