(Milford)– This year’s University of Okoboji Rugby Tournament has been scrubbed.
Organizers say poor field conditions is what led to the event being canceled for this year.
This would have been the 29th year for the tournament, which was scheduled for June 17th and 18th.
Organizers say they’re looking forward to the 30th annual U of O Rugby Tournament in 2007.
The event in the past has drawn players and spectators from several states.
