(Spencer)– No one was hurt, but a menu board at a Spencer fast food restaurant sustained considerable damage Tuesday when a pickup pulling a livestock trailer collided with it.
Spencer police say officers were called shortly after 2:30 p.m. to the Arby’s parking lot in south Spencer.
Police say Kermit Schultze of Marathon was pulling through the drive-through, avoiding some asphalt and paving equipment. Police say Schultze turned short, causing the left rear side of the trailer to hit the menu board as its tires went over the curb.
