(Spirit Lake)– Three men men accused of first degree murder in connection with a fatal beating outside a Milford gentleman’s club will go on trial this fall.
A judge has set Tuesday, September 23rd as a trial date for John Swan, Michael Friedrichs and Scott Adair.
It stems from a fight back on April 4th outside Zippers in Milford. The victim, Matthew Begtrup of Sioux Falls, later died of his injuries.
The three suspects remain in the Dickinson county jail.
